Prices per square foot (PSF) let you compare units of different sizes. Core Central (CCR) commands the highest PSF, then RCR, then OCR. Use the filters to zoom into a project or district and watch how the trend line and mix shift.
EC transactions typically show lower PSF than private condos in the same region — filter by Type → EC to see the difference.

Run ura_fetch.py on your server (or the included weekly GitHub Action) with
your URA access key to refresh it with live URA private-residential transactions —
the search, stats and charts work unchanged. Bedroom counts are estimated from unit
size, as URA does not publish the number of bedrooms. Prices use nett price where
URA provides it. See the README for setup.
